My daughter is 28 and Autistic. Autism Spectrum Disorder is a disease that affects millions in the U.S. It is a serious developmental disorder that impairs the ability to communicate and interact. (http.google.autusm.com).

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and autism are both general terms for a group of complex disorders of brain development. These disorders are characterized, in varying degrees, by difficulties in social interaction, verbal and nonverbal communication and repetitive behaviors.
My daughter has beautiful curly blond hair, hazel eyes, and a blessed figure. This is the difficult part of having a child with autism. Until you observe carefully, you won’t know anything is wrong with her. It takes most people a few years of being around her to realize she is mentally about eight years old. She understands some adult concepts, but, really, she is only a child in a woman’s body. If harm happens to her, which has happened, she has nightmares for years.
